Trojan Spirit
Here are our family pictures that we had taken a few weeks ago...there are so many I love, but I can't put them all on the blog (I'm already running out of space on this blog too--I figured out it's because I'm using my nicer 10 megapixel camera now...so those pictures take up more space on the blog each time...bugger!). So I've put a link on the side of the blog to Shutterfly, so you can see them all, if you so desire!
I really, really love this picture of my hubby & I.. It was the first time though, that I thought--wow, we are really starting to look older!! Maybe I'll stop getting ID'ed soon....

O Christmas Tree...
We went and got our tree today, which has become a tradition for us to do Thanksgiving weekend. This is always a fun family day, and a great kick off to the Christmas season for us! We got a 7 1/2 foot, Grand tree this year...it is really nice & smells great!
Jackson was not in the mood for pictures during our tree hunting outing.....but that's pretty normal for him these days....This is one I caught of him though :)
Mommy & Colby looking at Christmas trees.....Here are the three boys decorating the tree...I love the height differences!
Colby doing some decorating...
Jack's ornament this year was Scooby Doo, one of his favorites!
Jackson loved decorating...all afternoon he was asking when he could start decorating! When did my boy get so tall??
Daddy putting on the angel....
Our handsome boys by the tree..Colbers was very excited!

Colbers playing with our Little People Christmas nativity set...I wonder how long I'll be able to keep track of all the parts to this set??!!

Thanksgiving
We went to Bakersfield to spend Thanksgiving with my family this year. Traveling with the two little ones is always a challenge, but we had a really nice time! It's always nice to be with family, the ones that always love us no matter what. Kaleb & I have so much to be thankful for this year..God has blessed us and watched over us so much, and our boys are the greatest gift we've received. Here is our family on Thanksgiving :)

Our sweet boy..it's his 2nd Thanksgiving, but the first that he is more active! I think he was about 7 or 8 lbs this time last year :)
Here is the Clark family all together on Thanksgiving Day! Colby was too mesmerized by the fish in the pond below our feet :)
Jackson, Grandpa, and Kenzie...
Jackson & Grandpa...
Jackson was playing his rocket game out back...I got this picture of them all laughing at him! So cute!
Classic Colby face....
My brother and I....
The boys were out front playing a game, so I got out my zoom lens. I love the pictures I get with that lens..
Charley playing...
Last night we went out to dinner with Charley & Karen, and my Dad & Zee watched the boys....Here are C&K with Jackson when we got home!

Happy Thanksgiving!!
The boys made turkeys today at Day care..so cute!! Then tonight, the boys were playing together in the hallway, and somehow, Colby "ruined" their "castle." I told Jack that he should have fun & play with his brother, and then he went off mumbling to himself...We heard him say, "This is a time of giving, not sharing." I just had to write that one down :)

Grandparent Day
Today was Grandparent Day at Jack's preschool. Nana flew down especially for this event, and we are so blessed that they had this special day together. Jackson has a special bond with his Nana, and I love to see how happy he is when he is around her! Thank you Nana for making the trip (we know it isn't easy)...it meant the world to Jackson! Here Nana & Jack are getting their materials for the project. They got to pick out the colors of their leaves & parts to the turkey...

Here they are having fun doing their project...
Very focused on their work...
Jack's finished turkey!
Their turkeys!
After snacks and the turkey project, the kids got to show their grandparents their classrooms. Here is Jack showing Nana around his room...
Jack showed Nana his seat! Kaleb said that the kids don't have assigned seating, but that Jack tries to sit next to a little girl named Kayla each day :) Maybe grils aren't so yucky anymore...
The turkeys are ready to head home...Note their crossed legs :)
FANTASTIC pictures taken by Daddy :) Thank you Ka!
Baking with Nana
Jack & Nana did a lot of baking together. Jack was so excited to go buy this rolling pin, and wanted to carry it all around the store. Here he is with his prized possession! He had so much fun baking and decorating the turkey & autumn leaf cookies! I think Nana did too :)
Here is Colby watching all the baking going on!
Jack mixing the cookie dough...
Nana & Jack rolling out the dough....
A great picture of Nana & her boys!
The turkey cookie cutter...
Colby got to try one too!
Colby posing for a picture....Guess he's done this before!
Here is Colbers all tired out from a morning of baking :)
The boys got to stay home with Nana for two days, and she spoiled them rotten! She brought them both new Christmas books...here they are holding each other's books. Colby just LOVED his book--it sings a Christmas song everytime you open the book!

Fun Weekend
We have had a nice weekend....We attempted family pictures again yesterday, and I think they are going to turn out cute. I can't wait to see them! We are all looking forward to this week...Nana is flying in tonight & staying for a couple of days. The boys are so excited! At Jack's preschool they are having "grandparent day" on Tuesday, so Nana will get to go to that! And then on Wednesday---I GO OFF TRACK!! I am beyond excited for my 6 week break...I get to be a stay at home mom for a little while :) We are also looking forward to Thanksgiving at Grandma & Grandpa's house and visiting with family. I've been homesick lately, and can't wait to be there!

My new couches arrived yesterday & I just love them! These will be so much easier to care for with the boys around. Our living room feels so much bigger too!
Mr. Happy Colby....
We were cleaning out the garage Friday night to make room for the old couches, and Colby was "helping" us. All of a sudden we see these little swinging legs, and look over at Colbers. He had climbed in this chair & was swinging his legs like crazy to the music we had going. It was so cute :)
Colby has really started dancing lately. Yesterday, the song for the cartoon Caillou came on, and he stopped what he was doing & did this whole dance to the song! It was so stinkin' cute! I grabbed my camera at the last minute, and just caught a little bit! The dance consisted of some clapping, tapping feet, bouncing, and my favorite, the tush shake :)
Colby just plopped on Jack to hug him....I love that he adores Jack so much :)

Look mom--ANOTHER chair for me! You also get a good look at Colby's "baby" that he sleeps with & drags around the house. We have never had binkie babies or thumb suckers, but our boys sure like their stuffed animals!
Last night we had some friends over to have dinner & hang out..While we were waiting for them, we had dance party in our living room. Daddy busts his usual 6 foot, 4 white-boy moves, Jackson does somersaults, and Colbers shakes his booty! Love it :)
This is by far my favorite picture of the weekend! My baby doing his best dance moves...gotta love it :) I told you'd I put it on the blog baby!!Here is a fun game of "swing the boy"......

Relaxing Weekend
We hung around the house these last couple of days..it was nice to relax and just be. Here the boys & I are reading a book...
Just Colby wandering around the house, picking up anything he can find... I caught him here with some sort of cap...He's a bug-a-boo!
Colbers dumped out Jack's cheetos last night....good fun! You can't leave food around Colby at all...he's like a puppy :)
Here is Quack watching Charlie Brown...hopefully these are my last pictures with this couch. We bought new ones this weekend, that are actually good for those who have kids around...Our kids have thrashed this material so much..I'll never buy it again! Lesson learned....
Colby was just staring at the TV tonight when we were watching The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown...I thought he looked cute just standing there...
Here Colby is mad at his cup. We are trying to move him off of the bottle & onto the sippy cup. So tonight we gave him one with a straw, and it wasn't going too good for him I guess. Right before I grabbed my camera, he was laying on the ground growling at it :) Colby doesn't get mad....he just scrunches his nose at you, huffs & puffs, and growls :) You can kind of see his scrunched nose in this picture...
