I Love You....Bread
The other night, we went to dinner at CPK. Jack was asking us how to spell "I Love You" and we were telling him the letters..We were thinking he'd write "I love you Mommy" or "Daddy"...Instead, he then asked us how to spell "bread." So, here we have it.."I love you bread." Gotta love the 4 year old mind....
The boys were good that night, so they got to ride the train....

Card Making
The boys made Mother's Day cards for the grandmas....Ok, Mommy helped :)

Swim Lessons
Jackson started swim lessons this Monday! It is an indoor swim place, that has salt water pools. He had a great time!! He was SO excited for his lesson to begin; he kept asking me "how many more minutes??" He is going to be in a different class next week, as he wasn't quite ready for this "Goby" class. He'll be in the "Frogs" class next Monday :)
He really loved the goggles part of the class!
There were 2 other boys in his class...He had so much fun with them! I love that Jack makes friends so easily...
Arms up!
Floating.....
He was so cute. He kept looking over at me & waving this cute little wave :) It reminded me of how young & sweet he is!
The boys got to hang on to the board & kick!

Angels Game
We went to the Angels game this afternoon vs. the Orioles. It was a great afternoon for a ball game, and the Angels won!
Colby wasn't too into the game today. There were a lot of home runs hit, which meant a lot of fireworks, which aren't his favorite. He would climb up on me, grip my arm, and his whole body would shake..So sad!
Food seemed to keep him distracted & happy enough :)
Jack was having a great time, and doing a little dance here!
They have these games that kids can play right by the snackbars. Jack is always asking us to play. Today he & Colby got to try out the T-ball...and it was free! Is anything free anymore??!!

Mini Golf
Yesterday we did some miniature golf! It was a lot of fun. Kaleb & I were commenting on how fun it is that the boys are now both old enough to start doing stuff....We are pretty much past the baby stage!
Jack had a lot of fun! He made a couple of hole-in-ones!

Colby was more interested in seeing the ball in the hole!
Colby was a cute golfer....

Daddy got several hole-in-ones yesterday!
This was his "I'm done" stance......
And this was him telling me it's nap time! He wasn't crying...just making shouting noises at me!

Batting Practice
We were in Orange County for Colby's surgery follow up appt, so we headed over to batting practice at Angels stadium....It was fun to watch! Jack got a bull pen coach, a new pitcher Darren O'Day, and set up man Scot Shields to sign a baseball! It was a great experience for Jackson..
Jack liked watching Frank Thomas hit balls out into the outfield....
Tippy Toes....
I can't see Mama!!
When we got to our seats, we met up with Ang & Kylie who were sitting a few rows behind us!

Our view of Daddy & Colby while sitting with the Herticas....Colby was SOOOO tired by this point..
Fun with Corn!!!!
The other night we were having corn. Kaleb had cut the corn off for Colby, but he was not happy about that..He wanted to eat it like a big boy! It turned out to be quite an adventure....Who knew corn could be so fun??!! It is fun to see the world through the boys' eyes.
Then he moved on to mine....much bigger!
I think two corns will be better than one!Hmmmm..Corn could be a football!!
I am going to throw these at you mama!! (We're hoping he'll be a pitcher or quarterback, to explain why he throws everything!!) He didn't actually throw it, just banged it around on his tray & made a huge mess...
I tried to capture the moment, with all of the corn on his face!
