Happy 30th Daddy!!!
Just in case we hadn't celebrated Kaleb's birthday enough this summer, we went to Sea World today!! We had a really great family day. Happy 30th Ka!!
We were really looking forward to taking the boys to the "Bay of Play" Elmo area, since Colby really likes him now...They had so much fun running all over the place. Kaleb & I really got a workout on this climbing contraption they have!
Here are two sweet pictures of my boys.....

We got to meet Elmo in the Bay of Play area...We weren't sure how Colby would react, but he ran right up to him & gave him a big hug!!

We decided yesterday to book the "dine with Shamu" for lunch time. It was really worth it! We had a front row seat and got to watch Shamu (well Corky really..there isn't a real Shamu anymore)..It was really fun!
A cool shot of Corky during lunch.....

We were looking forward to seeing the Manatees, since that is what Colby's "baby" is. Here he is checking them out..He said "baby--night night." lol....One of the greatest moments of the day was Colby seeing all the stuffed animal manatees. THis is where we got his "baby" last year, so there were just tons of them on the shelves. He picked one up and you could just see the wheels turning in his mind!! He was trying to figure out why it was so soft & fluffy!!
"Let me see...does this FEEL like mine?!" This is exactly what he does to his baby...he flips him over, holds him by the tail, and puts him up to his face...This is how we know he is tired :)

We went through the Polar Bear exhibit...this cave had roaring polar bears--both boys were scared to crawl in there with Daddy!
We watched this Cirque de Sol show at the end of the day. I looked out across the bay, and saw the bridge I had to run across in my marathon, at Mile 21!!! I remember I ran all around Mission Bay & right past Sea World...
